Business Development Associate

Full-time · Location: Thiruvananthapuram (on-site)

Find and qualify new clients for our software, mobile and AI work, and support the conversations that turn an enquiry into a project.

What you will do

  • Research prospective clients and reach out to them
  • Handle inbound enquiries and set up first conversations
  • Prepare proposals and follow up through to a decision
  • Keep the CRM current so the team knows where every lead stands

What we look for

  • Clear written and spoken communication in English; Malayalam is useful
  • Comfort explaining software to people who do not build it
  • Organised, persistent and honest about where a deal really is

React Developer

Full-time · Location: Thiruvananthapuram (on-site)

Build and maintain web interfaces for client projects and for Orque ERP and Orque CRM, working with our designers and backend engineers.

What you will do

  • Build user interfaces in React and TypeScript from designs and specifications
  • Integrate with REST APIs and keep the interface fast and accessible
  • Write maintainable components and review teammates’ code
  • Fix bugs and ship improvements to products already in use

What we look for

  • Solid React, TypeScript, HTML and CSS
  • Experience with a component library, state management and Git
  • Something you have built that you can walk us through

Forward Deployed Engineer

Full-time · Location: Thiruvananthapuram (on-site)

Work directly with clients to deploy, configure and extend our products and AI solutions on the ground, and feed what you learn back to the product team.

What you will do

  • Deploy and configure Orque ERP, Orque CRM and custom solutions for clients
  • Understand a client’s operations and translate them into working configuration and code
  • Support go-lives, train users and resolve issues quickly
  • Report recurring needs back to the engineering team

What we look for

  • A software engineering background with practical scripting or full-stack experience
  • Comfortable in front of clients and able to explain technical trade-offs plainly
  • Willing to travel to client sites when a deployment needs it
