Orque Innovations LLP

Business Automation in Thiruvananthapuram

Remove the manual steps between your tools.

We connect the systems you run on and automate the hand-offs between them: approvals, reporting, data entry and notifications.

Orque Innovations LLP provides business automation from Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum), Kerala, for clients in India, the UAE, Qatar and Malaysia.

What is business automation?

Automation is the work of removing the manual hand-offs between systems that were never designed to talk to each other. The systems usually stay as they are; what changes is the steps between them. A record created in one place appears in another without being re-typed, an approval routes itself to the right person, a report builds and sends itself, and a notification fires on a condition instead of on someone remembering.

Who it is for

  • The same information typed into two systems because neither talks to the other
  • Approvals that move at the speed of someone noticing an email
  • Reports assembled by hand on the same day every month
  • Steps that get skipped when the person who normally does them is away
  • Enquiries arriving on WhatsApp that nobody logs or follows up

What it solves

  • Re-keying between tools, and the errors that come with it
  • Delays that are really just waiting for a human hand-off
  • Recurring work that costs attention rather than thought
  • Processes that depend on one person remembering

What the work covers

Workflow automation
Approvals, routing and the steps between systems, running on their own.
Integrations
Connecting the tools you already pay for so data moves once.
WhatsApp automation
Replies to enquiries, reminders, and order or appointment updates sent over WhatsApp, with each conversation logged.
Lead management
Every enquiry from the website, WhatsApp or a call captured, assigned and followed up.
Customer support automation
Common questions answered automatically, and everything else routed to the right person.
Reporting
Reports that build and arrive without being assembled by hand.

How business automation projects usually run

  1. Mapping: The current process written down step by step, including who does what and how often.
  2. Selection: The first workflow chosen for frequency and cost of error, not for how impressive it would be to automate.
  3. Connection: The systems involved connected so data moves between them without being retyped.
  4. Testing: Run against real cases, including the exceptions, before anyone relies on it.
  5. Rollout: Switched on with the people affected, and the manual fallback kept until it has proven itself.
  6. Extension: The next workflow taken on once the first one runs reliably.

Why Orque

  • We make software of our own: Orque ERP runs day-to-day operations for businesses in the UAE and Qatar, and Orque CRM is live. We know what it takes to keep a product in use, because we do it.
  • Design, build and support are one engagement: Not three. The team that scopes the work is the team you reach after launch, and maintenance is planned from the start rather than discovered later.
  • Plain answers about cost and time: Cost follows scope and so does the timeline, and we say so. Anyone offering a guaranteed position or a fixed price before a scope is describing something they cannot control.
  • Reachable, and on the record: A registered LLP with an office in Thiruvananthapuram, a published phone number and office hours, and recognition from Kerala Startup Mission and Startup India.

Organisations we have worked with include Kerala Bank, Government of Kerala, Saned Medical Relief, Almismar Alaswad Technical Services, Tricult, Kakak Perolehem. Read who we are.

What happens when you get in touch

  1. Tell us what you need: Use the form, WhatsApp or a phone call. A few sentences about the problem and who will use the software is enough to start.
  2. A first conversation: We reply with our honest view of the work and the questions we need answered. Talk by phone, or meet us at the office in Kamaleshwaram, Thiruvananthapuram.
  3. A written scope: What will be built, for whom and in what order, in writing. Then a price and a date worth relying on.
  4. Built in small increments: Working pieces you can test as they land, then a proper handover, with maintenance planned from the start.

Common questions about business automation

What is business process automation?
Removing the manual hand-offs between systems that already exist. The work is usually not new software but connective tissue: moving data between tools, triggering approvals, generating reports and sending notifications without somebody re-typing anything.
What is worth automating first?
The step that is done most often, is most repetitive, and where a mistake is most expensive. Frequency matters more than complexity. A small task done fifty times a day is a better first candidate than a complicated one done monthly.
Does automation mean replacing staff?
Not in the cases worth doing. The work that automates well is the work people do not want anyway: re-keying data, chasing approvals, assembling the same report every week. The gain is usually time returned to work that needs judgement.
Do we need to replace our existing tools to automate?
Usually not. Automation generally works best with the systems you already run, connecting them rather than replacing them. Replacing a working tool is a much larger project with much less certain benefit.
Can you automate WhatsApp for our business?
Yes. Business messaging at any volume runs on Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform, which needs a verified business account, customers who have agreed to hear from you, and approved templates for the messages you start. Within those rules, replies to enquiries, reminders, order and appointment updates, and hand-over to a person can all be automated and logged in your CRM.
Can we meet you in Trivandrum?
Yes. Orque Innovations LLP works from 2nd Floor, Safa Towers, Kamaleshwaram, Manacaud, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695009, India. The office is open Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. To arrange a meeting, call +91 96330 06258 or email orquesolutions@gmail.com. We also work with clients across India, the UAE, Qatar and Malaysia.
How much does business automation cost?
It depends on how many systems are involved, whether they offer a way to exchange data, how many exceptions the process has, and how often it runs. Connecting two tools that already expose their data is modest work; connecting older systems that do not is not. Starting with one workflow keeps the cost known and the result measurable.
How long before an automation is running?
A single workflow between systems that already exchange data can be running within weeks. Anything that needs a missing integration built first takes longer. Running the automated and manual versions side by side for a short period is normal, and worth the time.
