Orque CRM
Leads, conversations, quotes and follow-ups in one place.
A CRM for teams that sell on relationships. Pipeline, quotes and the conversations behind them, kept together so nothing is lost between a first call and a signed order.
Orque CRM is built by Orque Innovations LLP in Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum), Kerala.
What is Orque CRM?
A CRM — customer relationship management — is where the conversations that lead to revenue are kept. Its job is to make sure nothing is lost between a first enquiry and a signed order: who was spoken to, what was quoted, what was promised, and what the next step is. A CRM is only as good as what people put into it, so the ones that work are the ones that are quicker to use than the alternative.
Who it is for
- Leads living in individual inboxes and personal memory
- Quotes that are hard to find once sent
- Follow-ups that happen when someone remembers
- No shared view of what is actually in the pipeline
What it solves
- Enquiries that go cold because nobody owned them
- Conversations and quotes kept in different places
- A pipeline only one person can describe
- Reporting on sales assembled from memory
Modules
- Pipeline
- Every open opportunity and the stage it has reached.
- Quotes
- What was offered, at what price, and when.
- Follow-ups
- The next step on every conversation, with an owner.
- Reports
- What is in the pipeline and what closed, without assembling it by hand.
Common questions about Orque CRM
- Is Orque CRM available now?
- Yes. Orque CRM is live, covering the pipeline, quotes, follow-ups and reports in one place.
- How is Orque CRM set up for a team?
- Orque’s forward-deployed engineers set it up with you. They learn how your business actually runs, translate that into Orque CRM’s configuration — and code, where configuration is not enough — support the go-live, and train the people who will use it. When a deployment needs it, they work on site.
- Can Orque CRM work with the tools we already use?
- Connections to your other systems are scoped as part of the setup. Connecting the tools a business already runs, so information is entered once, is the core of our business automation and custom software work.
- What does Orque CRM cost?
- We do not publish a price list. Tell us how your business runs and what you need covered, and we will agree the scope before we give a price — the same way we price all our work.
- Do we need a CRM or an ERP?
- A CRM handles the conversations that lead to a sale: leads, quotes and follow-ups. An ERP runs the operations behind it: stock, purchasing, accounts and people. Many businesses need both, and Orque makes both.

Why Orque
- We make software of our own: Orque ERP runs day-to-day operations for businesses in the UAE and Qatar, and Orque CRM is live. We know what it takes to keep a product in use, because we do it.
- Design, build and support are one engagement: Not three. The team that scopes the work is the team you reach after launch, and maintenance is planned from the start rather than discovered later.
- Plain answers about cost and time: Cost follows scope and so does the timeline, and we say so. Anyone offering a guaranteed position or a fixed price before a scope is describing something they cannot control.
- Reachable, and on the record: A registered LLP with an office in Thiruvananthapuram, a published phone number and office hours, and recognition from Kerala Startup Mission and Startup India.
Organisations we have worked with include Kerala Bank, Government of Kerala, Saned Medical Relief, Almismar Alaswad Technical Services, Tricult, Kakak Perolehem. Read who we are.
What happens when you get in touch
- Tell us what you need: Use the form, WhatsApp or a phone call. A few sentences about the problem and who will use the software is enough to start.
- A first conversation: We reply with our honest view of the work and the questions we need answered. Talk by phone, or meet us at the office in Kamaleshwaram, Thiruvananthapuram.
- A written scope: What will be built, for whom and in what order, in writing. Then a price and a date worth relying on.
- Built in small increments: Working pieces you can test as they land, then a proper handover, with maintenance planned from the start.
