Privacy notice

How this website handles the information you send it.

Who this is about

Orque Innovations LLP operates this website. The office is at 2nd Floor, Safa Towers, Kamaleshwaram, Manacaud, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. For anything on this page, write to orquesolutions@gmail.com.

What the site collects

There is no account and no login. Information about you reaches us only when you fill in a form on this site. Separately, the site measures how it is used, without identifying you, as described under “Cookies, analytics and storage”.

The enquiry form asks for your name, the company you work for (optional), your phone number, your email address, what you want to build, and any project details you choose to add.

With an enquiry, the form also sends three things about the visit itself, so we can tell which pages lead to enquiries: the first page you opened on this site, how you arrived (for example "google / organic", a campaign tag in the link, or the name of the site that linked here — never the full address of that page), and the label of the button you clicked to reach the form. Nothing about other sites you visited is collected.

The job application form asks for your name, email address, phone number, the role you are applying for, optionally a link to your work, and a CV file.

How a form submission travels

The forms have no server of our own behind them. A submission is sent to FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service, which forwards it to our mailbox by email. Your submission, including any CV you attach, passes through FormSubmit on the way.

The destination mailbox is orquesolutions@gmail.com. Submissions are read there and replies are sent from there.

If you would rather not use a third-party service, email us directly at the address above instead of using a form.

CVs and job applications

A CV you attach to an application is used to consider you for the role you applied for. It is not passed to anyone outside the company, and it is not added to a mailing list.

If you would like your application and CV deleted, say so by email and it will be removed from the mailbox.

Cookies, analytics and storage

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how it is used: which pages are viewed, and which buttons lead to calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and enquiries. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (such as _ga) in your browser to tell one visit from another, and the measurements are processed by Google.

Each measurement records the page, the button and where it sat on the page, the service or guide the page is about, and how the visit arrived (for example a search engine, a campaign tag, or the site that linked here). It never includes your name, email address, phone number or anything you type into a form.

There is no advertising on this site. If you would rather not be measured, block cookies for this site in your browser or use Google’s browser add-on that opts out of Google Analytics; the site works the same either way.

Some interface preferences — the light or dark theme, for example — are stored in your browser using localStorage. That data stays in your browser, is never sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.

The visit details described above (first page, how you arrived, last button clicked) are held in your browser’s sessionStorage for the current tab only. They are cleared when the tab is closed, and they leave your browser only as part of an enquiry you choose to send.

Fonts, video and other requests

Fonts and video are served from this domain rather than from a third party. Apart from Google Analytics, described above, and the Google Maps embed in the contact section, which loads only when it scrolls into view, pages make no requests to third parties. The site is hosted on Vercel, which like any host processes the technical request data needed to serve a page.

Pages link out to Google Maps, to LinkedIn and to the organisations that recognise us. Following one of those links takes you to a site with its own privacy policy, which is the one that applies there.

How long things are kept

Enquiries and applications stay in the mailbox until they are no longer needed. Ask by email and your message or application will be deleted.

Your choices

Write to us at the address above to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Because everything arrives by email, this is a mailbox request rather than a form in a dashboard.

Changes

This notice describes how the site works today. If the way submissions are handled changes — for example if the forms stop going through FormSubmit — this page is updated at the same time. Last updated 7 October 2026.
