Orque ERP
One system for the operations of a business.
Orque ERP is deployed and used by businesses in the UAE and Qatar. It is built for day-to-day operations rather than demos: inventory, accounting, procurement, HR and sales, on one shared record.
Orque ERP is built by Orque Innovations LLP in Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum), Kerala.
What is Orque ERP?
An ERP — enterprise resource planning — is the system a business runs its operations on. Rather than separate tools for stock, accounts, purchasing, people and sales, one shared record holds all of it, so a sale reduces stock, raises an invoice and shows up in the month’s numbers without anyone copying it between systems. The value is not in any single module; it is in the fact that they are looking at the same data.
Who it is for
- Stock figures that depend on which system you ask
- Purchasing, accounts and sales each keeping their own version of the truth
- A month-end that is mostly reconciliation
- Growth that keeps adding spreadsheets rather than clarity
What it solves
- One record instead of several that disagree
- Operations visible as they happen rather than in arrears
- Manual transfer between stock, accounts and sales
- Reporting built by hand from several exports
Modules
- Inventory
- Stock levels, movements and what is actually on the shelf.
- Accounting
- Ledgers, invoicing and the financial record underneath operations.
- Procurement
- Purchasing, suppliers and what has been ordered against what has arrived.
- HR
- People records kept alongside the operations they belong to.
- Sales
- Orders and the revenue they turn into, on the same record as stock.
Common questions about Orque ERP
- Is Orque ERP in use today?
- Yes. Orque ERP is deployed and used by businesses in the UAE and Qatar, where it runs day-to-day operations: inventory, accounting, procurement, HR and sales on one shared record.
- How is Orque ERP set up for a business?
- Orque’s forward-deployed engineers set it up with you. They learn how your business actually runs, translate that into Orque ERP’s configuration — and code, where configuration is not enough — support the go-live, and train the people who will use it. When a deployment needs it, they work on site.
- What does Orque ERP cost?
- We do not publish a price list. Tell us how your business runs and what you need covered, and we will agree the scope before we give a price — the same way we price all our work.
- Does Orque ERP handle GST?
- Orque ERP is in use with businesses in the UAE and Qatar. If you invoice under India’s GST, raise it in the first conversation: tell us your requirements — e-invoicing, e-way bills, the returns you file — and we will confirm what is supported for your case before anything is agreed.
- Do we need an ERP or a CRM?
- An ERP runs the operations behind a sale: stock, purchasing, accounts and people. A CRM handles the conversations before it: leads, quotes and follow-ups. Many businesses need both, and Orque makes both; our guide to ERP software for small and medium businesses sets out the difference.

Why Orque
- We make software of our own: Orque ERP runs day-to-day operations for businesses in the UAE and Qatar, and Orque CRM is live. We know what it takes to keep a product in use, because we do it.
- Design, build and support are one engagement: Not three. The team that scopes the work is the team you reach after launch, and maintenance is planned from the start rather than discovered later.
- Plain answers about cost and time: Cost follows scope and so does the timeline, and we say so. Anyone offering a guaranteed position or a fixed price before a scope is describing something they cannot control.
- Reachable, and on the record: A registered LLP with an office in Thiruvananthapuram, a published phone number and office hours, and recognition from Kerala Startup Mission and Startup India.
Organisations we have worked with include Kerala Bank, Government of Kerala, Saned Medical Relief, Almismar Alaswad Technical Services, Tricult, Kakak Perolehem. Read who we are.
What happens when you get in touch
- Tell us what you need: Use the form, WhatsApp or a phone call. A few sentences about the problem and who will use the software is enough to start.
- A first conversation: We reply with our honest view of the work and the questions we need answered. Talk by phone, or meet us at the office in Kamaleshwaram, Thiruvananthapuram.
- A written scope: What will be built, for whom and in what order, in writing. Then a price and a date worth relying on.
- Built in small increments: Working pieces you can test as they land, then a proper handover, with maintenance planned from the start.
